2 . Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation )

2.1 . I've been working for 3 terms as a high command and total of 4 term as an employee so I think Now i Gained enough knowledge for being the leader of EMS and serve the city from any health related pandemic. I have a clear vision regarding making EMS the best Organization by resolving all the internal and External Affairs.

2.2 .As Our Respected former Chief Shreya Tiwari made my promotion to COS (Chief of Staff ) by seeing my dedication towards EMS. I’ve gained all the substantial knowledge as a high command which will help me to support my term in many ways. And in the previous term I got the rank of FTO from the Chief because of my knowledge in Roleplay and information about EMS . I Have a strong bond with Training department as i am also from Training background so I'll help every new employee to get a knowledge of EMS and better roleplay and I have the patience to teach any of my staff about EMS.

2.3 . I'm skilled at keeping the staff and the organization free from conflict. My main Goal in this leadership is to making EMS as a United Organization where every high command listen to the demands of every employee of EMS to reduce the Conflicts and reduce the Tension Between Employees and High command. And I also Understand the importance of motivation so I'll provide rewards at every milestone so the employees can give their best towards EMS.

3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.

3.1 Events :

I’ll do my best by hosting as much as Events I can to motivate my employee and giving their best toward EMS.

3.2 Focus toward Training Department :

As we know that training department is the base of EMS so I'll do meeting with training department once in every week to encourage and appreciate them regarding their work.

3.3 Improving Psychiatrist Department :

I’ll hire more Psychiatrist and appoint a weekly session of all the Employee to make a better relationship and get to know their desire to enhance their activity toward EMS.

3.4 Interdepartmental relations :

I'll try my best to make good relationship with my every employee and listen to their needs. and give them a valid reason If i am not able to fulfill their need ( If the need is not regarding EMS) to reduce internal tension in the organization.

3.5 Hiring of Employees :

To improve the activity of EMS I'll recruit more doctors by organize more than two open recruitments in a week so that there will be no shortage of doctors in the organization.

EMS Departments

Hospital Services (HS) -
HS Department will focus on connecting with people and making sure to cover the whole hospital 24/7.

Ground Service (GS) -
Ground Service will be focused on Ground Service Calls.

Labtech (LT) -
The Labtech Department will be responsible for manufacturing medications in the Medical Laboratory.

Air Rescue Department (ARO) -
ARO will concentrate on air rescue calls. They would be offering assistance over great distances.

Training Department (FTO) -
Their main objectives will be to enhance the roleplay and provide training to employees.

Psychiatrist Department (PSY) -
They would specialize in offering the patient psychological support.
