I want to know ramming any person one time comes under VDM i just accidentally rammed him because we were on a hilly area it was a little difficult to control the car as per i know VDM comes under when we ram some one 2 or 3 times.

and i can also give an example like when we are driving a car on highway on its top speed and we accidentally rammed him only one time and he got killed does it also comes under VDM and in my case he only got rammed one time and he didnt got killed.
