Dear Admin Team,
Especially Chief Administrator,
On September 28th, 2024, at 16:09, my account was banned due to an alleged violation of "General Rule 4.1." Unfortunately, I do not fully understand the exact reason for this ban. Initially, I assumed the ban would last 60 days. However, since more than 60 days have now passed without any unban, I suspect the ban has been made permanent.
I would like to stress that I have never intentionally used any external software or tools to gain an unfair advantage (e.g., hacks, bots, etc.). If, however, I have unknowingly violated a rule or made an error, I sincerely apologize for my actions.
I kindly request clarification of the exact reason for my ban so that I can better understand the circumstances that led to this decision. I aim to learn from this situation and ensure that similar issues will not occur in the future. Additionally, I humbly ask for a second chance to demonstrate my commitment to following the server’s rules and guidelines.
