1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I’d love to join the admin team. I successfully served as Head of EMS for a term, where I gained valuable leadership experience and managed challenging situations effectively. Additionally, I worked as a patrol officer with the LSPD, which strengthened my ability to stay calm under pressure and make fair decisions.
I’m ready for a new challenge because regular RP has started feeling a bit repetitive. I’m eager to bring fresh ideas, utilize my skills, and contribute to making the community even better. With my background in leadership and experience across different roles, I’m confident I can have a positive impact as part of the admin team.

3. What are your strengths?
One of my key strengths is remaining composed under pressure, which allows me to handle challenging situations effectively and resolve conflicts peacefully. I’m an excellent communicator and fluent in multiple languages, which helps me build connections with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Additionally, I have strong leadership qualities that enable me to provide clear direction and guidance when needed.
4. What are your weaknesses?
I tend to get emotional quickly, often feeling deeply moved or overwhelmed in situations that touch my heart. It's a part of my personality that makes me more empathetic and sensitive to the emotions of others, but it also means I sometimes wear my heart on my sleeve.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
As an admin for GRAND RP, I’m confident I can bring significant value to the team. During my time in EMS, I developed the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations and make swift, effective decisions.
