This report concerns the behaviour exhibited by an individual associated with ID number 399448, who appeared in front of the HQ while the entire FIB unit was lined up for an event. The person, identified as driving a black "Ubermacht," was observed ramming into another individual. Finding this suspicious, I attempted to determine the person's purpose and identify them using their passport. However, when confronted, the individual became evasive and, rather than providing identification, abruptly decided to leave the scene.
