Dear Pablo,
So 1 person Said "Chutiya" in Club Chat and i made forum on him which got Reviewed by Rust Viper and He got punished for Gr 3.1 i know what the Gr 3.1 Rule is (3.1 Insulting of the person (OOC) is strictly prohibited |Mute 180 minutes or ban up to 7 days.) And i asked admin he didnt got ban they told me he got punished so it means he got punishment of Mute I think he should get Ban or if Rust took right decision it means we can also use word "Chutiya" in Club Chat we will get mute Right?

Admin got punished for taking wrong decision
Thread will be reopened by the admin and will change the punishment accordingly​
