ID 594 has transferred the gas station near LSPD multiple times at the state price.

Also, the same ID 594 has transferred the 24/7 store at 12/21 multiple times at the state price.

He was punished for one of these situations, but not for the others, so I kindly ask that he be punished for those as well.
