As Law Enforcements Were Investigating a Crime Scene from a Mass shooting by Gangs at the Construction No.2 and When Gangs got inside information from a Corrupt Law Enforcement Officer about the Investigation on the Scene they were at. They Planned on attacking the Area and Eliminating all the Law Enforcements Investigating, Leaving no witnesses of their Crime.
Leos: Defend the Location of the Investigation and Eliminate All Gang members Attacking.
Gangs: Attack the Location and Eliminate All the LEOs.
