Dear Admin, Based on forum I was penalized.

shooting at the person I thought the person was in the circle, but when I noticed he wasn't in the circle, the shooting stopped. The other officer killed him. you can check POV:

Regarding the forum, why was the first forum rejected? The second forum was accepted.
