Lost my weapons etc

Hey all. So today I went and got my gun license so I was all set to purchase. I went to one of the ammo shops, got what I needed there, weapons, ammo, vest, tested it all, everything was working great.

I had to do a quick reboot shortly after. When I got back to the city, All of these items were/are missing. I've restarted a few times since but still, no items. Can anyone shed some light on this please? Do I report this somewhere possibly?
