Dear admin its not first time when players want to ban him , and cant find ways. There is no reason to ask pov , they asking it to send message about he avoid forum ban. Only ... There no other options . Its targeting.

there is no options they found way where player will get 100% ban

requesting his pov - if he not showing it cz forum ban - then ban
requesting his pov - if he showing pov - then saying he avoid forum ban - and ban


now u guys on EN2 know who is this guys who cant win 1 guy in game , and trying to ban him. its clear targeting to do shit to some1 ...
