To whomever it may concern, Project curator or Chief, before starting this appeal I understand project blacklists due to their nature usually are not accepted, however I believe this case is different, and I do want full review of everything mentioned since I do believe this can be sorted with my side of the story.
During the period of September, I requested to stepdown from administration due to me wanting to carry on with other things, where I informed curator of administration in voice, where I told exactly the words "I feel like I've done enough and want to carry on with other stuff". Then 1 week later, I requested to join Admin team on EN01, where I was told to request permission from Chief of EN03, which I did so. During this conversation I was told I deceived and was disrespectful, to this day I strongly believe that this was purely a misunderstanding, because 4 months prior to this I informed the chief I would leave due to me being busy, however, this was a lot later and since then my situation changed, which is why I spoke to curator of admins in VC to explain why I'm leaving again, I never wanted any issues or thought anything wrong of this, which is why it is a misunderstanding, and after many attempts of trying to contact chiefs with big texts there was no progress.
A month or so later I became temp leader of LSPD where I handed over the leadership successfully, and there were no issues, then after that I applied for Ballas Leadership, successfully passed the interview and started my term, 1 week in I was banned with reason "Deceiving by Bobby" which obviously is for the situation I mentioned above. This ban in several aspects was not just in my opinion, mainly because it was given 2-3 months after I left admin when that incident occurred, I don't understand why I would be banned so late, and especially during a term where I intended to put all my hardwork and energy into, what doesn't make sense is why wasn't banned right after I asked to go to EN1, or during my LSPD temp term, or my applications and interview could've been rejected, but they were accepted. I asked Adham, he said there's nothing he can do, therefore I appealed, and for whatever reason, it also got rejected.
During my ban, I was invited by friend's to another RP Project, where I was admin there for a week, then went, I understand higher up administration may feel this unacceptable, but I only wanted to be where my friends were, and I was unfairly banned with no chance of appeal, I would have no reason to join if I was not banned. Realistically I did not promote that server to any GRP player, neither did I advertise it anywhere, I minded my own business, and never did I talk about GRP in general, because it didn't make sense too. I did not mean any disrespect to the project or anything whatsoever by joining somewhere else for a little while. At this moment, I do understand how it may look, and admittingly probably wasn't the smartest of ideas, especially how I should know from being admin this could be a possibility, however situation wise it was different.
But it is unfair to me, having served as administrator for 2+ Years, and Head Checker for server EN03, which 966 Positive Recorded Cheat bans by me, and altogether 1378 altogether including from me, admin team, and anticheat during my time as Head checker. This alone speaks for itself, I was always committed to what I was doing, as well as maintain a good relationship with server chiefs during this time, helping them in every way possible, this could be multiple investigations I took part in where many upon many were successfully banned etc. I also received compliments from chiefs, especially curator of admins whenever I used to post monthly how we did as a section, along with the amount of hate I used to receive but still carried on as I would.
I wouldn't want to waste of all of this on purpose, it doesn't make sense, I'm limited to what I can say on forums, but I would want to reach out to higherups in a voice conversation so I can iron out everything from the bottom, I want this appeal to have a positive outcome, this is only possible with consideration of details given by my side, I trust whomever reviewing is able to do so. Even if it be keep me banned on all other servers apart from EN03, I'm willing to accept that.
I don't expect to hold any positions if unbanned, just being able to play with people who are closest to me is enough, since I don't want my efforts to be wasted. Once again, I know such punishments are rarely forgiven, but with the above information and information I'm willing to give out of public view I believe can be considered in some way.
