About a year ago, my account was permanently banned for "Promoting Cheats." I understand that this is a serious rule violation, and I fully acknowledge the severity of such an accusation. However, I would like to emphasize that I did not engage in such behavior.
Here is how the situation unfolded: While playing a game where I used a mini-map, I requested a POV from another player. The next morning, I discovered that my account had been permanently banned. Later, I learned that a logo briefly appeared on my mini-map when I took damage. I was unaware of this feature, and unfortunately, an admin noticed this on the forum and justifiably banned me.
I submitted an appeal on the forum, explaining that I was willing to have my computer checked and that no cheat software was present. However, my request was disregarded.
For the past year, I have been unable to access Grand RP, which has deeply upset me. I have invested approximately 3,500 hours into this game, and losing all my progress has been devastating. I truly wish to return to Grand RP and kindly ask for my ban to be reconsidered and lifted.
