This person named thug(154812) was deputy of blac panthers which is an unofficial fam So , he used to do irl trade and he also got punished for it but he used blac panthers fam to add money in fam balance and he bought all of the money that was in the blac panther’s fam balance And It can not be possible that there is almost 300-500m in fam balance and leader doesn’t know it obviously blac panther’s leader blac ikka id ( 170951 ) helped gr 1.6 You guys can check fam logs.
