I am writing to you to apologize for my exclusion from GrandRP and to request an unban. I understand that my behavior has led to misunderstandings, and I would like to take this opportunity to clarify my perspective.
The reason for my ban was the allegation of cheating. However, I want to make it clear that I did not use any external programs or similar tools to gain an unfair advantage. What was misunderstood in my case was an adjustment to the graphics settings I made. I had set the graphics to a very low level to achieve better performance on my system. It was never my intention to play unfairly or to diminish the enjoyment of others. Furthermore, I never gained any advantage from using these low settings, and I did not realize they might be against the rules. My only goal was to improve my FPS as my computer is not very powerful. The low graphic setting data was public in a famous gta server and i thought i can trust it.
Additionally, during my first ban, I was teleported away from the arena by an admin for a PC check. Unfortunately, this caused my game to crash, and the admin assumed that I was refusing the PC check. This misunderstanding led to my initial ban, which I deeply regret as it was never my intention to avoid the check or cause any issues. Reviewed - Entbannungsantrag / Vincent Xozis
I am fully aware that the use of unauthorized methods of any kind is not tolerated and that compliance with server rules is of central importance. If my actions were nevertheless interpreted as a violation of the rules, I sincerely apologize. I have learned from this experience and will ensure in the future that all my settings comply with the server rules.
I would greatly appreciate a second chance to show that I can be a respectful and rule-abiding member of the community. It would be a great pleasure for me to be part of the server again and to contribute to the positive atmosphere. Im only asking for a reduction of my ban and understanding of my situation
