1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
It has been almost a year since I joined Grand RP , I have enjoyed my time as a player and being in RP and I have learned a lot about the rules . My main goal was someday to become a leader and now I have done so . I have been HC in most organizations and by now I have good knowledge about them all . At this point I would like to take on a new chalenge and improove myself and help players . Also my other main goals would be to improove RP and help all players understand and folow the rules better .
2. What are your strengths?
I have many strenghts :capable of working under stress and taking quick and right decisions , evaluating complex situations , good with documents , punctual , reliable , I work good in teams and I am good in making connections with people , generraly good at multitasking
3. What are your weaknesses?
None for the moment .
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I have good eye for detail , capable of dealing with with complex situations quickly and make good decisions , creative when it comes to solving dificult problems or situations , quick learning of new skills, problem solving and logical thinking, good communication , works good in a team , able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
5. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
