They are technically out of hq. I think the main problem here is him running to hq after getting shot at

Ok so you were robbed outside the HQ, You stalled while being robbed. After they told u to run you started to go away then you stopped and stood still for about 10 seconds not complying with the demands they gave you. You cant just stop RP to call a god. One single person shot from HQ Forgive me for that if i knew who it was it would be a blacklist from Bloods. Half of the IDs you listed here aren't even bloods members.

You cannot pause RP to call a god. IC characters are NEVER allowed to pause RP to call a god UNLESS everyone agrees to it
