The Human Resources Department is an Important component For Every Org. HR team is responsible for the management of Troopers or Cops in the organization. The HR is responsible for the recruitment, selection, hiring, and training of employees. It also handles employee relations, including grievances, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
In addition to managing personnel, HR is responsible for the development and implementation of policies. This includes the development of employee benefit packages, compensation and performance management systems And employee trainings.

2- Internal Affairs
The Internal Affairs (IA) Department is an important part of any organization, making sure everyone follows the rules and acts professionally. IA looks into complains, misconduct and any breaking of policies by troopers or cops. The department checks that everyone is doing their job fairly, professionaly and responsibly.
