160295 start countdown at time stap 00:32 and he shot his first bullet at time stamp 00:34 , Although it can be A RDM because he didn't say to 'leave this are' or 'drop your weapon ' , he didn't give any proper demand , he just start countdown 5 4 3 2 1 and start shooting .
