I’ve been playing Grand RP since 2023 and unfortunately my account was hacked on 14/01/2025. The next day on 15/01/2025, I posted a forum request for help to recover it. My request was approved by Jetix who confirmed that my account had indeed been hacked and helped me recover it. Please refer to I understand that this violates the GR 1.1 and GR 1.2 rules. However, I had 2FA enabled on my account and I have never shared my credentials with anyone. I’m truly sorry for this incident and I please ask you to reconsider my situation and lift my ban.
I’ve taken all the necessary steps to ensure my account is secure now. If required I’m even willing to have my account wiped as well. Please give me one last chance. Thank you.
