Life Story:
Harvey Dent was born in India, a country with vibrant colors and a lot to be joyous about. During the early years of Harvey's life he was a young and happy child, roaming around in the streets of India and playing with his friends on a daily basis. One day all of his world fell apart, he was struck with the shocking news of the passing away of his mother due to an accident, this forced his father to drown himself in alcohol and in gambling. After a couple of Months his father gambled away their house and the last of money they said, leaving Harvey and his father homeless and on the Cold Streets of India. Witnessing this Harvey realized that his father was no one but a greedy man who did not think about his actions twice. This also made Harvey take a rushed decision of running away from his home and never looking back, it was a decision that required a lot of thought initially but Harvey being done with the world and being betrayed by the world, when he was also betrayed by his dear father, he could not take it anymore and decided to run away and came here to the city of Los Santos.
Outcomes:
1- Harvey carries a hidden, waterproof ballistic camera on his belt 24/7. The footage is uploaded to a personal server in real-time, accessible by his lawyer if needed.
2- Harvey can pickup any weapon from the ground and use them for his own defense. (within reason of rules)
3- Harvey always Carries his Organization Radio which he can use to communicate with his Agents.
4- Harvey can easily clutch 1v2 situation because of his training in legal orgs. (will show fear when needed).
5- Harvey can easily drive cars (except supercars) on rough roads (will not break any kind of RP while driving).
6- Harvey can Fly a Heli in very Professional manner, can land Heli in congested areas because of his Pilot Experience.
7- Harvey can recognize anyone by their clothes and voice (without breaking MG by looking at their ID)
