this guy targeting me and spam in my posted forum and the forums posted on me ( he is not own forum or posted on him ) he's just targeting me and spam to get punished.

Advertising of third-party resources (spam) is prohibited. Exception: approval with the administration.
Neither any of my comments are off topic, nor have i ever targeted you.
You make baseless complaints on players and when you are corrected you opt to your usual use of derogatory language.
As long as my comments are not off topic, i am allowed to post my views on any thread.
