I hope you are doing well. I am here to apologize for using “ Snowman Bug “ and I was very sorry for what I did. I was playing in the server from the first minute in the server. I am 44 years old and I was spending all my time in the server and The server was a big part of my daily time with having fun with my friends. Its my first time to do something like that and I promise it will be the last to do something like that because it is important to pay attention to the server rules so that everyone can enjoy the game, and of course, no matter what happens, I will not do anything that would expose me to something like this again because I just want to have fun with my friends.
I kindly request if you could reconsider the ban and unban my account. All I want is to have fun with my friends.
