Here this guy - casawi_blui

This guy always comes on to forums and starts calling them dogs and npcs, He is using this obscene language in the forum he posted, but when i started saying something in the comment section he started calling people dogs.
He always does this and only posts off topic comments in the forum.
Please punish him accordingly, he is clearly violating all the forum rules in every forum he types.

He is clearly accepting that this guy is calling people dogs without any bit of guilt, please punish him accordingly.
