Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I have been involved in this project for more than 2 years with playing on the criminal side of the city and I believe gangs are the most active and enjoyable organizations in the city. I have taken part in events as highcommand in many families and gangs also I was an unofficial family leader before but I have never had the chance to lead a gang. I think its time and I believe I am fair and good leader and I continue to work to be better leader. It is very valuable that Vagos has its own ghetto and I love fighting with my friends in the beach ghetto, no matter what gang I belong to. As the leader of Vagos, we will dominate beach ghetto and everyone who wants to come to beach will have to use different ways. I will work to reach the highest possible number of clands, store robberies, gunstores, battleships etc. with spend time together and respect for everyone. I have played more with the gangs in the main ghetto than the vagos but I know that vagos are valuable and so I think the vagos need a leader who knows all the gangs. I hope take my first leadership and show what I can do.
Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.
1. I will get experienced deputies that will help me lead and we will not make mistakes in the roleplay with experienced people in the city. We are going to have fair highcommands for this.
2. Constantly interacting with LEOs.
3. Toxic people will not be tolerated. Will be kicked or blacklisted.
4. We will show the power of vagos by doing a lot of robberies.
5. I will have a good time and stay motivated with my members by attending most of the events.
6. We will build an experienced and skilled turf team.
