In response, Sammy gathered his friends, whom he referred to as a gang, to confront the bully after school. This confrontation escalated into a fierce fight, leaving the bully with severe injuries that required him to visit the hospital, and a fun fact sammy was known as the menace of mirror park.
By the age of 16, Sammy began hustling. At that time, organized crime families were on the rise, and corruption in state organizations allowed these mafias to gain power and make connections. Sammy learned about organized crime families from his own nationality and decided to get close to them. Eventually, he became a member of one of these families, where he started taking on jobs, earning their trust, and rising through the ranks.
At 18, Sammy held a high rank within the crime family. He engaged in various criminal activities, including carrying out hits, selling drugs, and robbing people to gain money and respect. Organized crime families had become very powerful, causing the government to crack down on organized crime families. During one of his jobs at a store robbery Sammy was caught by the FIB in the Los Santos ghetto. He was arrested for attempted murder of police officers and armed robbery.
While in jail, Sammy began thinking about his life. He realized he wanted to change for the better and become a productive member of society. Disappointed by his life choices, Sammy’s parents took a big part in his decision to reform. Determined to make changes in his life, Sammy decided to cooperate with the FIB, SAHP, LSPD, and other government agencies. He provided names of criminals and evidence of their crimes in exchange for a reduced sentence.
Sammy's cooperation led to the capture of numerous dangerous criminals, and he testified against them in court. Eventually, he requested to be placed in protective custody and had his name legally changed to Sammy Hill. Upon his release, he wanted to join the FIB Task Force with the mission of cleaning the streets of Los Santos from dangerous criminals, beginning a new chapter in his life.
During Sammy's cooperation with the FIB, LSPD, SAHP, and the government, Sammy began discovering ways to bend the law to his advantage, ensuring things worked in his favor and for his benefit.

At age 18, Sammy Hill began his first job at the SAHP, where he quickly rose through the ranks to become a Highway Patrol police officer. Trained by some of the best SAHP officers, Sammy started his career conducting traffic stops, issuing fines for violations, and arresting criminals.
After showing exceptional dedication and a strong ability to learn, Sammy was offered a position as a Field Agent 1 at the FIB. He transferred from SAHP to FIB, where he rapidly climbed the ranks to become an Elite Agent 3. In this role, he conducted CID work, arresting criminals and participating in undercover sting operations to take down criminals, including drug dealers and illegal arms dealers. Sammy also took part in gang raids, ghetto patrols, and raids.
Later, Sammy transitioned to the LSPD, where he became a high ranking officer. During his time at LSPD, he earned the ranks of Sergeant Major and Major, contributing to the department by performing various duties such as issuing fines in the city of Los Santos, enforcing parking and speeding regulations, patrolling high crime areas, and participating in gang raids. Sammy also played a role in multiple significant law enforcement events.
Sammy eventually returned to SAHP, this time as the Chief of Internal Affairs. In this position, he was responsible for overseeing SAHP officers to ensure compliance with organizational standards. His responsibilities included verifying officers licenses, health insurance, and ensuring no illegal items were in their possession. He also inspected organizational and personal vehicles for violations. When the HR team was unavailable, Sammy took on HR duties to assist members with their needs.
Following his time in Internal Affairs, Sammy became a government agent and aspired to join the Secret Service to protect the governor. He was assigned to the FPPF and became the governor's personal bodyguard, accompanying and safeguarding the governor at all times, ensuring their safety at any cost.
Sammy later returned to the FIB, where he became the Head of Department HOD for SpecOps. In this role, he directed operations for the FIB, including high-profile arrests, undercover missions, gang raids, and patrols in high crime areas. He also assisted other organizations during joint operations, led convoys, and commanded FIB units to achieve numerous victories against criminal organizations.
