My brother, who was unaware of the platform’s rules regarding account ownership and transfers, created the account while he was in another country and later gave it to me. At the time, neither of us realized this was a violation of your terms, and I take full responsibility for the oversight. There was no malicious intent in the action, and it was an honest mistake.
I understand the seriousness of the violation now, and I assure you that both my brother and I are committed to fully complying with all the rules and guidelines moving forward.
