Dear Administration,

I received a ban for cleaning my PC and for version 1.4. I reinstalled Windows without knowing that my PC would be checked, and I did not intentionally clean my PC. I believe this punishment is too severe. As for version 1.4, I changed my Epic account because my brother changed the password and I didn’t know it, and I made a mistake there. I regret it, and I would really appreciate it if I could be given another chance. The admin told me I passed, but I was banned for cleaning without any further explanation. Regardless, I am kindly asking if it's possible to get another chance. Thank you in advance.
