IDs 31617, 61775 and 63641 all spoke a foreign language that was not English in a greenzone at apartment complex 6/7. This breaks rule general rule 3.3 as they did not communicate in English as shown in the video linked.

ID 31617, ID 61775 and ID 63641 will receive a punishment for using a foreign language.

When out in public you must use english at all times. If you are somewhere private and it's just your friends you can speak whatever language you would like.​
