Reviewed Ban from Main discord server | Unknown admin

Hello, I am a player on EN2 and also have an account on EN3. Recently, I was banned from the main Discord server for General Rule 3.1. However, I believe this is a mistake, as I have never broken any rules. I only had roles for EN2 players, not for EN3 players.

I made an appeal under the EN2 section as a complaint against the admin, but Pablo informed me that I need to file a complaint in the EN3 section. Could you please clarify what steps I need to take? I believe this ban is due to a misunderstanding, as I only held EN2 player roles. I kindly request that my ban be reviewed and lifted.
