Dear Sir,
When I entered the game, I was confronted with a very unfortunate situation. I believe I unintentionally violated a rule.
My friend and I both received a ban due to this violation, and I would like to express my sincere apologies from the very beginning.
I believe the ban occurred because I gave a non-tradable 3rd-level car engine part to my friend. We were unaware that this would result in a permanent ban. After the incident, family friends informed us that this action was a violation. However, due to our different working hours in real life, we were unable to meet during gameplay and could not reverse the action. When my friend learned about this, he did not use the engine and kept it in his car's trunk to return it. Unfortunately, we were banned before this could happen. We could consider this ban as a warning, and I kindly request that the engine be removed from my friend's account, or if you suggest an alternative solution, we would be open to it.
I respectfully request a reduced penalty in order to return to the game. I truly enjoy playing the game and have spent a considerable amount of time in it, which you can verify from my history.
I sincerely ask for one last chance regarding this matter and promise to be extra cautious in not violating any rules in the future. I would be very eager to return to the exciting world of the game, and I kindly request that the necessary steps be taken.
