Rejected Fail RP + UB Demands | 179103

I was doing a beginners job and suddenly this guy 179103 comes and asks me to show me my passport while i was doing my job and when i refused to show him my passport, he gave me UB demands and then he cuffed me there itself and was ready to search me and in the end i was forced to show him my passport. This is a clear case of Fail RP.
Please punish him accordingly.

1) First thing you cant cuff and uncuff me from the front and before cuffing u need to say "im cuffing you" and that is clear Fail RP.
Everything is evident in this POV.
