Leader of Los Santos Ballas.
(Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?)
(i). I have gained experiences as high-command positions in multiple gangs like ballas,vagos,marabunta,families,bloods, in the city. Through these experiences, I have gained many experiences in gang-related strategies, tasks, and management, to manage gang properly as Leader.
(ii). Being in a gang i can get involved in a lot of criminal activities in which I am interested from a long while and after seeing the gang Ballas I can feel that Ballas is the correct place to get this much experience for its position of HQ, lovely interface and high quality of experienced gang members. So I think its another proper reason of being the leader of this gang.
(iii). As I am the high-command of the family DAKU , I have developed my experience , Problem solving and Decision taking skills and so I think I can easily handle the load of a Gang
Your advice for improving the Role-Play level in the organization.
I will reduce and restrict inviting newbies in gangs there will be minimum criteria to join our gang
I will hire good and active high commands so there should be Atleaslt 1 HC available at HQ for interview and hiring
I will make sure that we have good Turfers in our gang for glands and turfs. Also bonus will be provided
I will choose my Deputies very wisely and trust worthy so there will no biasness in gang
