Dear EN3 Administrative Team,

I am writing this because I had received a ban for using software. Which is not the case at all . i will tell u the story from the Begining i was working in the oil well to collect some gasoline and after sometime of working I confess that i was using bot to get some gasoline and this is my first time it will not happen again it is mistake and i was just trying the program Furthermore, I wish to be unbanned or at least reduced so I don't lose everything I have worked hard for. I am truly sorry .im ready for pc check any time Administrative Team request one
I've heard about new server rules to help reduce the amount of bans.
I hope to be part of this decision
