This is to report about an RDM done by ID 203479 on me on 25 Jan 2025 IC timing 20:24 HRS. I was heading for a situation which was not at all related to the assailant and the location where I was shot. I was passing by and saw a guy down, which made me stop to patch them up. However, the person did a CR and started shooting without any prior reason or demands as this location did not have any connection with SOS or any situation reported by any of our units.

Kindly review it and deliver an impactful punishment to curb such a nuisance.
