Rejected Invalid Reason for PC Check | Thierry Billroth

Hello Lebron,

i have been Banned from the Spanish Server for GR 1.7.
To keep this short, someone abused a bug in the Mall event, everyone had to upload a POV. I uploaded mine but it was missing the first minute of the Event (i forgot to record at the beginning). My Account is Banned for 30 days now due to that reason.

I Applied this ban in the Forum, it was on "On Consideration" the response was i have to contact any of these Admins ( Lorena P., Pablo O. o Thierry B)

After Contacting them and waiting 3 days for a Reply they say i have to go trough a PC Check to get unbanned otherwise they wont unban me. I wonder how this has any relation to a PC Check because i was not accused to cheats, ofcourse i can do a PC Check because there is nothing to hide i would just like to know if they are allowed to act like this:

Now all of a sudden because i said i would like to speak to you Lebron first to see if they are allowed to do this, they ban me permanently for "not allowing PC Check" even tho i never refused it. I just said i would like it to be discussed with you first.
