Leaving work tonight he approached me honking his horn and blocking my way as i was headed to LSPD staff parking not knowing who his is and not wanting to let him in staff parking i engaged in conversation he requested me to enter his car and when i denied his request he then proceeded to run me or with his car before fleeing the scene
