Life story
Since he was a child , Czarr Shido was always a big fan of the police and their different departments and how they were able to keep Los Santos' streets safe and their fair treatment to all citizens of all colors and races , or so he thought . Czarr Shido's world was turned upside down when his father was wrongfully jailed and processed for a crime he didn't commit . Since his growing up , Czarr Shido has been gathering experience and know how about all state orgs to be able to get as high up the rank ladder as possible to be able to destroy state orgs from the inside out and have his revenge . As soon as Czarr Shido climbed the ranks and reached Chief of Staff , he decided to carry out his plan and use all his subordinates as pawns in his elaborate scheme of bringing the LEOs to an end .
Career story
Czarr Shido was known throughout the city because of his amazing performance in FIB as a senior special agent 1 and has climbed the ranks in LSPD from master patrol officer 1 to a Chief of Staff because of how well he was able to " supposedly " support his higher ups and how respectful he was to them and his amazing contribution was to LSPD's growth . Following his success in LSPD , Czarr Shido started living a peacefull and quiet normal life and even got married . One late afternoon , his wife was out with her friends in the club in ghetto , and while some gang pulled up to rob the nearby store , FIB agents swarmed the place and when they were having a shoot off , one stray bullet grazed Czarr Shido's wife and she was hospitalized for a month . Following the incident , Czarr Shido was enraged and decided to finalize his plan and was starting to make arrangements .
Outcomes :
1) Czarr is able to trade/sell his kidnapped officers and his 10-15s to gangs ( With sufficient and realistic RP )
2) Czarr can lie about requesting a lawyer to a 10-15 and instead process them, as well as not show his ID to conceal his identity.
3) Czarr can arrest someone for fake charges/capture them if he severely dislikes them, or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
4) Czarr may take bribes (up to 100k & illegal items).
5) Czarr , when arresting/letting go a suspect, is able to take all legal/illegal weapons instead of confiscating them.
6) Czarr can engage in any criminal activities/break state laws while on or off duty, such as kidnapping cops if needed or if he felt that he is in a threat. ( not against server script)
7) Czarr is able to attempt to search for a bodycam (/try searches for bodycam) up to twice per situation, and if found, break it (/do breaks bodycam).
