Approved ER 1.2 + Mass VDM | 162745

I was going to mount chilliad with my family members and this guy comes with his helicopter and kills us intentionally just before the start of the event.
This is a clear case of mass vdm and he is clearly breaking ER 1.2 which states killing 10 mins before an event results in a warn.
