I was at the port for the treasure and this guy with ID 148565 with his white Chiron was standing at the edge of the building and shot me a bullet and was trying to break my vest without giving me any demands and as soon as i went close to him, he was trying to escape the scenario.
I am attaching the pov with 1 min prior to what happened at the port too.
