Growing up as a only Child from two hard-working German immigrants his early Life started Promising... The Father, a renowned Psychologist, the Mother working for a law Firm.
He really didn't have to worry about much in Life. It was his own bad Judgment that got him into trouble starting in his Teenage Years, hanging out with different
Gang-like Organizations from boroughs near Broker and Dukes he started drifting more and more into the Criminal-Life. What changed his mind was at the age of 15 he witnessed his friend
getting Killed over a Gambling debt, at this point he swore to himself that he would do everything in his power to work in Law Enforcement to help and destroy big Criminal
Structures. Fortunately for him his parents saw the red flags and they Moved all the way down South to the Beautiful Coastal Town of Paleto Bay, where he could make his dreams come into reality.
Upon joining SAHP
When he already was in the City for 7 years he started looking into all the Different Possibilities that could help him realise his Dreams, wich ended up being the SAHP because
of a AD he saw in the Morning Newspapers when he browsed the open Job Offers.
Vincent started his Law Enforcement Career under the Previous Sheriff Yip Man, where he gathered all neccessary Skills in terms of Investigative, Hostage Negotiating and learned
a lot about the Laws of the State in general. Wich led him into higher and higher Positions, ultimately to the Point where he is now the Chief of Detectives
and he will bring all of his aquired Skills into the Department to make it the best it can be. Additionaly he is currently due to his Salary increase finally able to
Study Law, wich will allow him to become even more efficient with the Duties of his Job.
Outcomes
1. Vega will not be able to stall in situations that threaten his life due to his childhood of violence
2. Vega can record any situation at any time with his miniature Camera sewed into his Shirt making it impossible to detect.
3. Vega can use corrupt techniques in interrogations to get information needed.
4. Vega can use SAHP equipment off duty.
5. Vega pays his informants
6. Vega can use the truth serum to get informations from criminals
7. Vega May cut deals with certain gang members given it leads to the arrest of other Criminals
8. Vega Can Setup Undercover Operations: selling and carrying illegal Items "except SAHP Equipment"
9. Vega Can Confiscate Illegal Items to use them in future Operations "no personal use"
10. Vega Can kill people on/off duty if they don't comply with his demands
11. Vega Can Drop Court Cases or Reduce Prison Sentences in return of high value Information
