As per the pov i provided you can clearly see 113460 did an violation of GR 6.15 at Timestamp (0:36) also id 136161 killed the person 137997 who was cuffed at Timestamp (0:44) and again 136161 finished the person who was cuffed at Timestamp (0:45) that may violate the mercy killing. Also there is a chance for Meta gaming among this three people so i kindly request strict actions to be taken against the rules that are violated in this incident.

FBX is legal recorder as it records full overlay of the screen so kindly learn rules first before breaking them.
