Hello, I hope you’re all doing well.
I am submitting this appeal regarding a recent warning I received for "Fear RP." I believe this warning is invalid, and I would like to clarify the situation.
Before I was killed and subsequently robbed, I was not given any clear demands, which is crucial since this occurred outside a red zone.The only thing that the other guy said was "Get out of the car"i wasnt even given 5secs and i was stuck inside too and couldnt get out. The proof supporting my claim is provided below. Therefore, they had no valid reason to kill me in the first place, which means the warning itself is unjustified. Even if they intended to rob me and it wasn’t a violation of rule GR 6.15, my warning would still be invalid since i clearly feared for my life, ran away first, and only then used my radio.
After reaching out to the administration, I was informed that the warning was issued because I used my radio after being told to "run for your life." However, at that moment, my gang was in possession of clands and preparing for a store robbery. I complied by running away from the area first and only then used my radio to communicate with my gang. This action does not violate Fear RP, making the warning unjustified.
I kindly request a review of this decision. Thank you for your time.
