Life Story:
Pablo Fabllo was born in 2006 in the heart of Beirut, Lebanon. Growing up in a city ravaged by both civil conflict and political turmoil, Pablo was forced to mature quickly. His father, a prominent but secretive businessman, often kept Pablo away from the darker side of life, but the streets had a different story to tell. Pablo witnessed the stark contrast between wealth and poverty, and the gritty underworld that kept the wheels of the city turning.
From a young age, Pablo was a natural at thinking on his feet. His father tried to involve him in the family business, but Pablo felt suffocated by the constraints of tradition. On his 17th birthday, he left Lebanon, determined to carve out his own destiny.
His journey eventually led him to the bustling streets of Los Santos, where the chaos and opportunities felt strangely familiar. Without a clear plan, Pablo found work in a small street racing crew. But it wasn't long before his curiosity and thrill-seeking nature got him caught up in something deeper. He met a man named Leo, who ran a network of underground operations. Leo saw potential in Pablo and took him under his wing, teaching him the ins and outs of the criminal world. Pablo quickly adapted, using his street smarts and quick reflexes to become a key player in Leo's operations.
However, life on the wrong side of the law eventually caught up with him. After a series of high-profile heists, Pablo found himself in a tense standoff with the LSPD. Betrayed by those he thought were allies, Pablo was arrested and sentenced to 90 months in prison. It was during his time in prison that Pablo’s perspective on life began to shift.
In prison, Pablo met an old war veteran named Salim, who had spent most of his life fighting for causes greater than money. Salim's stories of sacrifice, duty, and redemption opened Pablo's eyes to a different way of life. After completing his sentence, Pablo made a bold decision: he would leave the life of crime behind and become a force for justice. He packed his bags and moved to a new chapter in his life, hoping to redeem himself by serving others.
Career Story:
Pablo’s entry into law enforcement began in the LSPD, where he was hired as a trainee. His sharp instincts and experience in high-pressure situations made him a valuable recruit. After completing his training, he was assigned to the black cobra, where he quickly proved himself as an exceptional officer. His knack for reading people and defusing tense situations earned him respect, and soon he was promoted to Detective.
However, after several years with LSPD, Pablo began to feel that the organization was too bound by bureaucracy. He wanted more autonomy, more power to make a real change. It was then that he was approached by an old acquaintance from his past—Rocky, a former associate from his days in the streets of Los Santos.
Now, as a Brigadier general in the NG, Pablo continues to walk the fine line between his oath to uphold the law and his understanding of the corruption that runs deep in the system. He remains a man of principle, but how much longer can he keep the darkness at bay?
Outcomes:
1. Pablo can take bribes. (up to 100k and illegal items from suspects)
2. Pablo can deny and lie about requesting a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification to suspects or lawyers.
3. Pablo can act like a criminal. For example, engage in gang-related activities, buy, sell, or use illegal substances (excluding organization weapons).
4. Pablo can start random prison breaks. (Using Darknet tasks or USB tools)
5. Pablo can let suspects go free if they are family or friends, and may assist them in escaping.
6. Pablo can destroy bodycams. (/try searches for bodycam) up to twice per situation, and if found, break it (/do breaks bodycam).
7. Pablo can detain anyone he chooses and may request bribes, such as money or weapons, to release them (including other LEOs, with appropriate RP and IC reasoning).
8. Pablo can be rude and disrespectful when dealing with others (as long as OOC rules, toxicity, and guidelines are followed).
9. Pablo can break IC law including CCOP, Firearm Law, Penal Code, and Detention Procedures (understanding the OOC consequences).
10. Pablo can leak/get any type of useful internal information to/from anyone.
