Elliott was born in Croydon, London, a busy town just south of the city. Curious and adventurous from his childhood, he was always wandering around the streets and parks around his home. His parents were hard-working and raised him to be a polite person, supporting his dreams from the small to the huge ones.
School for Elliott would be a blend of ups and downs. He was bullied a lot by other people for the way he spoke and was called names, However Elliott excelled in criminology and received the highest score ever recorded on the subject test. His teachers noticed his potential and pushed him to be better, helping him build confidence. He would spend hours at the local library, immersed in books about detectives and police officers.
Elliott discovered his love for music as a teenager. He learned to play the guitar and soon joined a local band with friends. The thrill of performing and writing songs became a major part of his life.
He finds his peace in nature, escaping the noise and chaos of Croydon, with his long walks through the parks, reflecting on his life and dreams. Finishing school, he decided to move to the city of Los Santos to join the best police force in the world, where he could put his knowledge and skills to use.
Career Story:
Elliott started his career at the Los Santos police department where he joined as a rookie, with something to prove to himself and a desire to serve his community. The first months were full of excitement and pride. He received extensive training in everything relating to the law, the job, and the responsibility's that came with it. After finishing his training Elliott transferred to the San Andreas High Way Patrol and carried on his career in law enforcement.
As he gained some experience in the job, Elliott began to notice the bad side of the force. Corruption became an open secret spoke about in the lunch rooms. It wasn't long before he had seen first hand, officers accepting bribes or turning blind eyes to drug use. And with a heavy realization, he knew the pressure of it all would eat away at him as time went on, It had become so frequent that he started not to see the issue with it all.
It was during one of these routine arrests that Elliott's morals and training began to change. The suspect, a drug dealer offered him a bribe in exchange for his freedom. At first, Elliott wasn't sure but the easy money was hard to resist which led him to accept the offer. That moment marked the beginning of his down fall.
Over the years, Elliott rose through the ranks, and kept spiralling out of control. He began to forge evidence, accept bribes, and misuse his power to intimidate anyone getting in his way. From a promising recruit, Elliott had now become the complete opposite of everything he was ever taught, drowned by greed and power.
Outcomes:
1) Elliott can take bribes [up to $100,000 and guns/ammo/illegal stuff and rob [Pickpocket].
2) Elliott can remove change suspects prison sentence and give less or more fines
3) Elliott can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and lie about his name /refuse to provide any type of identification
4) Elliott can sell LEO'S to gang members for a small fee [no more than 100k]
5) Elliott can leak information to criminals in exchange for money or favours.
6) Elliott is able to attempt to search for a bodycam [using the /try command twice per situation], and if found, break it [/do destroys bodycam].
7) Elliott can arrest someone for fake charges / capture them if he severely dislikes them, or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
8) Elliott can remove people‘s criminal background or from wanted list for a bribe [up to 100k or weapons equivalent to it].
9) Elliott can break IC Laws and able to use his position in SAHP
