Viktor was born in a cold and poor house in Siberia, Viktor's father escaped from the socialist regime of the regiment in old Russia. After moving to Mexico, they had a deal with the cartel where they broke a deal to get into the US border. Viktor and his family entered Los Santos in early 2000s and Viktor took up schooling in Grand High School.
Viktor was an ambitious boy with an athletic behavior towards sports. Viktor completed his graduation in 2020 and wanted to pursue Law.
But on the night of his first day in college, it was a raining heavily. There was a knock on the door. Viktor's mother Iliyana Lavrov went to the doors to check up on the knocking. Viktor and his father were woken up by a Bang and a scream. A white man with a black suit and a ski mask walks up to Vadim Lavrov and asks in a shrill voice, "Privet Vadim". And kills Viktor's father. Viktor narrowly escapes after hiding under the bed. Next morning the cops arrive, and Viktor was lost into depression. Later reports suggested the involvement of Russian secret service
