Dear Administrator,
I am submitting this ban appeal because my ban was issued under rule 1.9 for "tax evasion." However, I would like to clarify the situation.
Since this is my exam year, I was planning to take a break from the game, and during this process, I transferred my vehicles and other belongings to my friends. Ultimately, these assets belong to me, and I have the right to use them as I see fit. When transferring my vehicle, I wanted to ensure that I had at least some money when I returned to the game, so I sold it to a friend for 400,000 dollars, intending to repurchase it in the summer.
Aside from this 400,000-dollar transaction, I did not receive any additional payment from my friend. If the system can verify that I sold the vehicle for this amount, it should also be able to confirm that I did not receive any extra funds.
This is my first ban appeal, and I kindly request a thorough review of my case in the hopes that my account will be reinstated. Additionally, I would like to emphasize that not only am I innocent, but my friend has also not committed any rule violations.
