Rejected Admin's not doing anything

Hello, I am a player of EN2 ID (180329) There is a player in EN2 A friend of mine was permanently banned since EN2 ( Rejected - GR 1.4 | Pablo Schmidt ) but he uploaded a form saying that he hasn't done any illegal activities, he showed all his proof and then (Pablo Schmidt) said that one of his two accounts will be unbanned (180362,180947) but none of his accounts have been unbanned which is wrong and I oppose it, if he has been told that one of his accounts will be unbanned then it should happen, but none of his accounts have been unbanned, if the admin has said that one of his accounts will be unbanned then it should happen, I request that his account be unbanned.
