Hello Adham and Floki,
I am writing to follow up on my previous forum post regarding a ban for General Rules 3.1 and 3.2. In that post, I detailed the situation involving another player. As I explained, Abhijeet Burrows was present in the gang chat when another player (whose name I don't know) began threatening people, saying he would kick them from the gang. I responded that if he kicked me, I would derank, and asked who had given him the authority to do so. He then responded with a parental insult, "go suck your dad's dick," which I believe constitutes parental abuse and a violation of General Rule 3.2.
I have never used abusive language in the city, and you can verify this by checking my record. When this player insulted my father, I responded with abusive language as well. He did not stop instead, he escalated the situation, using even more offensive language against my mother. I cannot repeat the specific words he used here. I understand and accept my punishment for violating General Rules 3.1 and 3.2 however, Abhijeet Burrows was in the gang and online at the time. When the player insulted my father, Abhijeet did nothing. It was only after I responded with abusive language, and the other player continued by insulting my entire family, including my mother in a particularly egregious way, that Abhijeet finally took action. He seemed to wait for me to break the rules. It's understandable that anyone would react strongly to such insults against their parents and family.
I request that the higher-ups review this situation. Furthermore, after we both received punishment, Mr. Abhijeet Burrows gave me a 21-day ban for General Rules 3.1 and 3.2. However, the other player, the one who initiated the verbal abuse, received only a 7-day ban for Rule 3.1.its clear its biasedness
