I was banned for irl trading, but in rules in states the attempt to buy or sell property for irl money. The guy tried to sell me a his belongings which was his attempt to sell me but I never attempted to buy from him he messaged me which is not me attempting to buy from him. Please think about this gods I am a long time player and Ive spent alot of money to help support this server to keep going I hope you guys can accept this because I really want my account back.

In your own given proof, you are openly attempting to buy for IRL money from him directly. You set a price, you clearly tell him you want it and you even talk about how to do it. How would you not see this as an ATTEMPT to do it. If you wanted to just report him and bait him (no attempt), then why report him only after 4 month?
